This 1-Channel Cable Protector is used to professionally bundle, guide, protect and store loose cables. This clean solution does not only end with cable, but also takes into account the safety requirements placed on public events. The highly visible cable bridge - the combination of the black base with the yellow signal of the convertible top flap ensures the greatest possible signal / warning effect - minimizes the risk of tripping.
The override protection ensures at the same time that the cables used are protected against abrasion, tension and loads by crushing. The cable bridge with its chamfered run-up edges withstands loads of up to 10 t, so it can be well tolerated to be "rolled over" even by heavily loaded equipment vehicles. The cable protector can also be fixed to the ground thanks to the six mounting recesses, has a cable channel with a cross-section of 0.98inch x0.87inch. The cable is easily picked up from the recess at the bottom.
Rubber is an elastic raw material which has good resistance and insensitivity to water, acids and bases and is classified as flame retardant. This makes it the ideal material for high-quality floor flanges. The elasticity helps the overrun protection to an optimized adaptation behavior to different soil situations even under high loads. Due to its resistance to a large number of liquid substances, the override protection also accommodates conceivably different environmental requirements.
Please note: In general rubber smells of rubber (for example known from new car tires), but the rubber will evaporate after a few weeks. For a planned use in indoor areas we recommend the longer venting outdoors (frost-free and protected from the sun).
