Caps have been soaked in soapy water, rinsed, and air dried, but may require additional cleaning depending on your application.  Caps have transparent rubber-like gasket inside containing a unique mycoke rewards code.  Most, if not all codes have not been redeemed.  No holes, damage or markings other than the white text from the bottling company.
Newer caps (not yet photographed) have replaced the bottle graphic with a recycle logo and instructions.  I can not guarantee which style you will receive, if that matters.
Standard 12-16 oz bottle caps, measure

, 1 and 1/4 inches in diameter, by 1/2 of an inch tall.
I always try to include a few extra caps when shipping, if I have extras.
